Main Responsibilities

• Provide phone and/or field support to customers as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 10+2 in any discipline with 2 years' relevant experience, OR, Bachelors degree in technical discipline
• Fluency in English & Nepali Languages
• Excellent communication skills
• Polite with pleasing personality
• Knowledge of computer hardware and Windows troubleshooting
• Experience in Local Area Networking (Ethernet) and TCP/IP networking
• Willing to work during odd hours
• Own vehicle and driver's license
