devices exposed by the PPP
over Ethernet Protocol.

= These errors occur when
the Network Adapter in your
computer cannot be accessed
by the dialing program. Verify
that you have not disabled
your Network Adapter (see
Fig. 3 & 4). Go to Control
Panel, then Network Connections;
if any of the LAN or High-Speed
Internet connections is disabled,
right-click and enable it
(see Fig. 2.a, 2.b & 2.c).
If the problem persists, reinstall
your network adapter per the
instructions in the manual
of the network adapter.
