Select the tab labelled “PPPoE” and ensures you have completed the following:
• Tick the box labeled "Connect using PPPoE"
• Enter your username and password.
• Tick "Show PPPoE status in menu bar"; a small icon will appear in your right top menu bar
Click "Apply Now".
