Other Support Issues

Configure your Connection

	PPPoE setup for Mac OS X 10.3 and 10.4
1.	Go to "System Preferences" by either selecting it from Apple icon in the left top menu bar or from the Dock.



2.	Click the "Network" icon to continue



3.	Select "Built-in Ethernet" from the dropdown labeled "Show".



4.	Select the tab labelled “PPPoE” and ensures you have completed the following: • Tick the box labeled "Connect using PPPoE" • Enter your username and password. • Tick "Show PPPoE status in menu bar"; a small icon will appear in your right top menu bar Click "Apply Now".



5.	4. New icon in the right top of the screen can be noticed. This icon can be used to connect or disconnect the internet.
