1. Click on Start , Programs , click on Accessories , Communications and then click on New Connection Wizard.

2. When the Welcome to the New Connection Wizard appears, click on Next.

3. Select Connect to the Internet and click on Next.

4. In the Getting Ready screen select Set up my connection manually and click on Next.

5. In the Internet Connection screen, select Connect Using a dial-up modem , then click on Next.

6. In the Connection Name screen type in Wlink and then click on Next.

7. In the Phone Number to Dial screen, enter 15100 and then click on next.

8. In the Connection Availability screen select Anyone's Use and then click on Next.

9. In the Internet Account Information screen enter your Username and Password correctly.

10. Put a check in the Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop , and click Finish.
