1. Double Click to open the My Computer icon on your Desktop.

2. Double click to open the Control Panel folder.

3. Double click to open the Dial-Up Networking folder.

4. In the Dial-Up Networking screen, double click to open the Make New Connection Wizard.

5. In the Make New Connection screen, enter Wlink and then click on Next.

6. In the Make New Connection screen, type in Area Code as 01, then type Telephone Number as 15100. Select the Country or Region and then click on Next.

7. In the Make New Connection screen, click on Finish.

8. In the Dial-Up Networking screen, right click on the Wlink icon then click on Properties.

9. In the General tab, take the tick mark off from Use area code and Dialing Properties , then click on the Networking tab.

10. In the Networking tab, match options to the picture above and then click on the Security tab.

11. In the Security tab, match options to picture above and then click on the Dialing tab.

12. In the Dialing tab, match options to picture above. Then click on the OK to save changes made and to close the Properties screen.

13. In the Dial-Up Networking screen, Right click on the Wlink icon and click on Create Shortcut .

14. When the Shortcut screen appears click on Yes to create a shortcut on the Desktop.

15. Double click to open the Wlink icon.

16. Click on Connect to access the Internet.
