1. Double click on My Computer .

2. Double click Dial-Up Networking .

3. Double click on Make New Connection.

4. In the Type a name for the computer you are dialing field, type wlink .
Click Next.

5. In the Telephone number field, type 15100 .
Click Next .

6. Click on Finish now.

7. Now, Right click on the wlink icon and click on Properties .

8. In the General tab, take the tick mark off from Use area code and Dialing properties.

9. In the Server Types tab be sure that only Enable software compression and TCP/IP are checked.
Click on OK to continue and save any changes made.

10. In the Dial-up Networking screen, right click on the Wlink Icon and click on Create Shortcut .

11. When the Windows cannot create a shortcut here screen appears, click on Yes .

12. Double click on the wlink icon now. In the Connect To screen, click on Connect to Dial-up.
