1. Click on Start , Programs , Accessories , Communications and then click on Network and Dial-up Connections .

2. When the Welcome to the Network Connection Wizard appears click on Next.

3. In the Network Connection Type screen select D ial-up to the Internet and click on Next.

4. In the Phone Number to Dial screen enter 15100 and click on Next.

5. In the Connection Availability screen, select Create this connection For all users,
then click on Next.

6. In the Internet Connection Sharing screen leave the check box blank, then click on Next.

7.In the Completing the Network Connection Wizard screen, enter wlink and click on Add a shortcut to my desktop . Click Finish now.

8. Click on Dial now to connect .
