Configure your Connection

IMAC Setup
  1. Double click on the Hard drive icon. Then double click on the Assistants folder and i n the Assistants folder, double click on Internet setup Assistant .

    2. It will now ask you " Would you like to set your MAC to use the Internet? Click on Yes .

    3. It will ask " Do you already have an Internet account? " Click on Yes .

    4. Click on the Right arrow to continue.

    5. In the box where it says " What would you like to name this configuration? , type in wlink .

    6. On this screen, your modem should automatically be configured and tone dialing should be selected. Click on the Right arrow to continue.

    7. In the first box, type in the 15100/15101 . (Dialup Numbers) . In the second box , type in your username .In the third box, type in your password . (Make sure that you type the username and password in all lower case with no spaces.) Then click on the right arrow to continue

    8. For the PPP Connect Scripts screen, select No and then click on the right arrow to continue.

    9. For IP address for this configuration, select No and then click on right arrow.

    10. In the first box, enter the first DNS address as 202.79.32.33 and press return and in the same box, type in 202.79.32.34 again.
    For Host name enter in wlink.com.np and click on the right arrow to continue.

    11. In the first box, type in your email address . (For example username@wlink.com.np ) . In the second box, type in your password . (Make sure you type it in correctly) Click on the right arrow to continue.

    12. In the first box for Incoming mail host, type in pop.wlink.com.np

    13. In the second box for Outgoing mail host, type in smtp.wlink.com.np Click on the right arrow to continue

    14. We don't offer any news service, so leave the field blank and lick on the right arrow to continue

    15. Select No then click on the right arrow to continue

    16. Click next to Connect when finished and click on Go Ahead to finish the setup.
