Configure your Email Softwares

Outlook Express 4.0 Setup
1.

Open Outlook Express .

2.

Click on Tools --> Accounts --> Mail . If there is anything listed under
Accounts , click once to highlight and click on Remove so there are no
accounts listed.

3.

Click Add and select Mail .

8.

In the Display Name field type your Full name or your Company name .(this will let the person you send email to know who the message is coming from.)

9.

Click Next

10.

In the E-mail address field, type in your email address i.e. username@wlink.com.np

11.

Click Next .

12.

At the top of the screen it should read My incoming mail server is a POP3 server .

13.

In the Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) field type in pop3.wlink.com.np

14.

In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server field type smtp.wlink.com.np

15.

Click Next .

16.

In the Account name field, type your wlink username .

17.

In the Password field, type your password .

18.

Make sure that Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) is NOT checked.

19.

Click Next

20.

Select Connect using my phone line.

21.

Click Next

22.

Select Use an existing dial-up connection .

23.

Highlight wlink by clicking on it

24.

Click Next

25.

Click Finish and then click Close .
