Configure your Email Softwares

OS X Mail Setup
1.

To begin, open Mail . You may have an icon on your desktop, or it may be located on your Hard Drive.

Click the Mail menu at the top of the window and select Preferences

Now, click the Add Account button

Next, in the Account Type , select POP . In the Description box, enter the name (e.g WorldLink Mail) by which you would like to refer to this account. Now, enter your Email Address in the Email Address box and your full name in Full Name box.
In the Incoming Mail Server box, enter pop.wlink.com.np . Again, enter your username and password in the respective fileds.

6.

Click on Options button now.

7.

In the Outgoing Mail Server box , enter smtp.wlink.com.np . Make sure your screen appears exactly as it does in the illustration above. DO NOT enter your username and password on this screen.

Click OK now. This completes email setup for Mac OS X.
