Click on Start , Programs and then click on Netscape Mail . When the Netscape Mail browser opens, click once on Edit on the menu bar at the top of the screen.

When the menu appears, click once on Preferences .

In the Preferences screen,
In the Category column expand the Mail & Newsgroups heading by clicking once on the + in front of it. ( if a - is in front then it is already expanded).
Click once on Identity under Mail & Newsgroup . What ever is typed in Your name is what will show up when someone receives your email. Be sure that your Email address is entered here correctly. Enter capitals where they are necessary. Next, click once on Mail Servers .

In the Mail Servers screen,
Incoming Mail Server should be pop.wlink.com.np . (To edit settings see Step 5)
Outgoing Mail Server should be smtp.wlink.com.np
Outgoing mail server user name should be your username .

In the General tab,
Server Name should be pop.wlink.com.np
Server Type: should be POP3 Server
Username should be your username .
Put a check in Remember password if you don't want to enter your password every time you check your email.

Click on OK to save any changes made.

When in the Preferences screen, click on OK to close screen and save any changes made.
