Configure your Email Softwares

MS Outlook (XP Edition) Settings
1.

Open MS Outlook . Click on Tools and then E-Mail Accounts .

2.

Click on View or change existing e-mail accounts . Click Next.

3.

Now, Select your Mail account (pop.wlink.com.np) and click on Change . 

4.

The Full name field should contain your Full Name .

5.

In the E-mail address field, type your correct e-mail address, ie. username@wlink.com.np

6.

The Incoming Mail server field should contain pop3.wlink.com.np as the server name.

7.

The Outgoing Mail server field should contain smtp.wlink.com.np as the server name.

8.

In the Account name field, type your username .

9.

Type your password correctly in the Password field. Click Next . 

10.

Click on More Settings now.

The Reply E-mail should contain your Wlink Email address, i.e. username@wlink.com.np .

Click on Outgoing Server. Remember, the option My outgoing server (SMTP) requires aurthentication should not be checked.

14.

Click on Connection now.

15.

Select Connect using my phone line and selct Wlink's dialer (Wlink) on the Dial-up Networking Connection box below.

16.

Click on Advanced . In this tab, the Server Port Numbers of Incoming server (POP3) and Outgoing server (SMTP) should be 110 and 25 respectively. Click on OK now.

17. Click Ok , Next and Finish now to complete the operation.
