Configure your Connection

PPP Initial Setup Information

1. Click the Apple menu. (It is located at the top left hand corner of your screen.)

Now, highlight Control Panel and click PPP .

2. In the screen, select Registered User .

3. In the Name field, type your username .

4. In the Password field, type your password. ( Make sure you type your username and password in all lower case letters with no spaces ). If you would like to save your password, click on the box next to Save password .

5. In the Number: field, type 15100. Now, click Options and then click on Protocol .

6. In the next windows, Allow error correction and compression in modem should be selected.

7. Use TCP header compression should also be selected. Next, click on Connection.

8. Now, select Connect automatically when starting TCP/IP applications .
Click Ok and close PPP. Click on save changes if prompted.
