1. Click on Start , click on Settings , click on Network and Dial-up Connections , then click on wlink.

1. When the Dial-up Connection appears click on Properties .

1. In the General tab,
   Connect using: should be your modem settings,
   Use Dialing rules: should not be checked and Phone number should be 15100 .

4. In the Options tab , your settings should match to the picture below.

1. In the Networking tab, match settings to the picture below.
   Click on OK to continue and save any changes made.
