is very easy. Just dial 5523050 and after
the voice prompt, simply press 1 to get
to TechSupport. You can immediately press
1 after the voice prompt without having
to wait for it to finish.
Your call will then be directed to one of
our TechSupport staff, if free at the moment
of your call. If not,then you will be kept
on hold for a while and then redirected.
You may also opt to leave a voice message
for us to call you back,should you not wish
to stay on hold. To leave a voice message,
just press 1 again.

Leaving a Voice message
The Voice message service is available incase you are unable to immediately contact TechSupport at the time of your call.
After dialling 5523050 and pressing 1, if all the lines at TechSupport are busy and you are kept on hold, please press 1again, to access the voice message service. After you hear the beep, please clearly leave a short description of the problem you are facing, your full name, your telephone number and hang-up after you are done.
Our TechSupport staff will call you back with a resolution to your problem in a timely manner. However, since the number of calls and voice messages are often very high, it might take us a short while to get back to you despite our best efforts.
