At WorldLink, our commitment to SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities goes beyond communities and classrooms, it also extends to the people who work every day to keep our society safe. When the Tinkune Police Station suffered significant destruction, it was more than the loss of a building or equipment. It disrupted an essential space where officers serve, protect, and respond to the needs of countless people every single day.
Recognizing the challenges faced by the Nepal Police during this difficult time, we felt a responsibility to stand beside those who continuously stand for all of us. As part of our support, WorldLink contributed a complete set of computers to help rebuild and restore the station’s operational capacity. While technology may seem like a small contribution, in critical service environments it becomes a powerful tool that enables communication, coordination, documentation, and faster response to the community’s needs.
This initiative reflects our deep respect and gratitude toward the officers who dedicate their lives to public safety, often working under immense pressure and difficult circumstances. We believe that supporting institutions that serve the public is an important step toward creating a more inclusive, resilient, and equitable society.
