Do I need a phone line?
No, you do not need a phone line. You can free up your telephone line so you don’t miss calls. In fact, Wi-ZOOOM+ Unlimited Delight eliminates phone charges saving you money.
What kind of Internet speed can I expect?
The speed currently available is upto 1 Mbps, which is a download bandwidth.
Will I be able to use Wi-ZOOOM+ Unlimited Delight on 2 or 3 computers. Is there any additional cost involved?
Although Wi-ZOOOM+ Unlimited Delight is recommended to be used on a single computer, you may use it on multiple computers. However, we do not recommend using it on more than three computers as it will significantly slow down the speed once it is shared with other computers. In other words, it works best on one computer; the more computers you have the slower it becomes.
All computers that will share the Wi-ZOOOM+ Unlimited Delight connection need to be networked. If this is not already done, WorldLink can network your computers for an additional fee, as given below under “How much does Wi-ZOOOM+ Unlimited Delight cost?”.
Can I use Wi-ZOOOM+ Unlimited Delight at my home and office? Is it portable?
No, Wi-ZOOOM+ Unlimited Delight is a fixed wireless service; you can use it at one location only. The antenna and wireless modem are fixed on your roof.
