No, you do not need a phone line. You can free up your telephone line so you don’t miss calls. In fact, Wi-ZOOOM Nite Lite Standard eliminates phone charges saving you money.

What kind of Internet speed can I expect?
The speed currently available is 80 Kbps, which is a combination of upload and download bandwidth.

Will I be able to use Wi-ZOOOM Nite Lite Standard on 2 or 3 computers. Is there any additional cost involved?
Although Wi-ZOOOM Nite Lite Standard is recommended to be used on a single computer, you may use it on multiple computers. However, we do not recommend using it on more than three computers as it will significantly slow down the speed once it is shared with other computers. In other words, it works best on one computer; the more computers you have the slower it becomes.

All computers that will share the Wi-ZOOOM Nite Lite Standard connection need to be networked. If this is not already done, WorldLink can network your computers for an additional fee, as given below under “How much does Wi-ZOOOM Nite Lite Standard cost?”.

What is the minimum duration for which I have to sign up?
You must sign up for a minimum of 3 months. There are also packages available for 6 months and 12 months.

Can I use Wi-ZOOOM Nite Lite Standard at my home and office? Is it portable?
No, Wi-ZOOOM Nite Lite Standard is a fixed wireless service; you can use it at one location only. The antenna and wireless modem are fixed on your roof.
