Labor
Mount the antenna on your roof (using the pipe, if necessary) and run a Cat 5 cable from your roof to your computer. No other wiring is necessary.
Install the Internet software on your computer. No other configuration is required.
Steps to your
installation
Once we receive your order, an installer will contact you to schedule a time at your convenience, for the installation, anytime from Sunday through Friday. Each installation takes around 2-3 hours.
The installer will confirm that you qualify for the service and will consult you for the placement of the antenna.
Mount the pole and antenna.
Run a Cat-5 cable from the antenna and connect it to the Ethernet port on your computer.
Install Internet software on your computer
The installer will provide a short demonstration and answer any queries you may have.
If you need to purchase a Network Card for your computer, we sell them for Rs. 500. Please inform the Sales Representative.
Service Trial
We assure you that the service is much faster than regular Dial-Up. We strongly encourage you to try out the service for yourself at any of our offices in Jawalakhel, Lazimpat and/or New Road. If you are satisfied with the speed and performance, we will install the service at your home and/or office. Once the service is installed, payment is to be made to the technician immediately. Since we need to remain profitable in order to continue promptly serving our valued customers, please do not ask for any sort of payment extension. FAILURE TO PAY AT THE ALLOTTED TIME WILL RESULT IN SUSPENSION OF THE SERVICE.
