Qualifying location
You must be located within the Kathmandu Valley, preferably inside Ring Road. Due to Katmandu’s hilly landscape, we cannot guarantee regular network availability.

Ethernet Network Interface Card
You will need a computer equipped with an Ethernet interface/port. If you aren't sure if your computer has an Ethernet port or not, these instructions will help you find out. We terminate our services on the Ethernet jack inside your office/home.

Computer Operating System Capability
Since the only requirement to access our service is that you have an Ethernet interface, you need a computer with an operating system that supports Ethernet and has the TCP/IP software component installed. Hence, our service is compatible with Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000 and XP as well as Macintosh and any Linux and Unix operating systems.
