Know Your Customer (KYC) Guidelines

Dear Valued Customer,

The telecommunications regulator, Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) has directed all ISPs to follow standard Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines and maintain contact details of customers along with copies of valid identification documents. Therefore, we are in the process of collecting the information from our valued customers and request your kind cooperation.

Residential customers taking services for personal use must submit ONE of the followings:

Copy of citizenship card, or
Copy of driving license, or
Copy of passport (for foreigners)

Enterprise customers taking services for organization use must submit ALL of the following:

Copy of company registration certificate
Copy of PAN certificate
Copy of citizenship card or passport of the authorized signatory from the organization

Please specify your account username on the documents and submit to the following as per your convenience:
